Penelitian Hadist Shahih Muslim tentang hak Nafkah wanita yang ditalak setelah habis masa iddahnya
Abstract
This article explains how to mentahrij hadith, in this case what is being studied is the case of marrying a woman who was divorced after the end of her iddah period in the authentic Muslim hadith. The purpose of writing is to find the sanad and matan of hadiths, all from the original references, and then be able to find out the origins of the hadith narration that will be studied. This hadith also explains how a person who has had three divorces lives. Basically, for a wife who has had three divorces and is still waiting for her iddah period, a ex husband is obliged to provide maintenance.
