Abstract
The conflict in Palestine has a long history rooted in the era of the Bani Israil and Prophet David, further exacerbated by various conquests by the Assyrians, Babylonians, Greeks, and Romans. The Jewish diaspora and colonization by the Ottoman and British Empires have further complicated the situation. To this day, the conflict affects various aspects of Palestinian life, including children who are the primary victims of human rights violations. Every year, hundreds of Palestinian children are detained and tried by Israeli military courts on charges of stone-throwing, which is categorized as a security violation. The harsh and inhumane treatment of these children violates the Geneva Conventions and various international laws that guarantee the rights of children in conflict areas. This article explores the history of the conflict, its impact on Palestinian children, and the ongoing human rights violations, while urging the international community to pay attention and take action to protect children's rights in Palestine.
