Hubungan peradilan dengan berbagai pranata hukum
Abstract
In the relationship betwessn the judiciary and various, there are several aspects that need to be considered. Socioogically, law is a reflection of the values believed by a growing and developing society, not only is it modern in nature, but can also be used as a reference for predicting future conditions. Social, economic and political development in life systems, states and nations. In this case, law is also understood as society’s ideas and assumptions about what is fair and unfair in relationa between humans.
