Jual beli hak atas tanah dengan pemberian kuasa menurut hukum perdata
Abstract
Sale and purchase agreements are regulated in 1457-1540 of the Civil Code. Land sale and purchase as a judicial power is not regulated directly and in detail in the UUPA. In fact, there is still no regulation that directly regulates the sale and purchase of land. The form of power of attorney executed varies, although oral power of attorney is considered valid under civil law, and although its legal force is weak. In practice, in the community between the grantor of power and the recipient of power, it is often the case that one party acts outside the authority or the rights and responsibilities that have been determined, so that the other party feels disadvantaged.
