Mengetahui manfaat melaksanakan shalat tahajud
Abstract
Tahajud prayer is one of the sunnah acts of worship that is highly recommended in Islam for its spiritual and physical benefits. This prayer is performed after sleep, in the last third of the night, and is one way to get closer to Allah SWT. This study aims to evaluate the effect of tahajud prayer on the psychological and physical well-being of individuals who regularly perform it. Through survey methods and in-depth interviews, data was collected from a group of respondents who consistently practiced tahajud prayer for at least six months. The results showed that the practice of tahajud prayer significantly increased feelings of peace, happiness, and satisfaction with life. In addition, it was found that tahajud prayer had a positive correlation with sleep quality and physical health, including reduced symptoms of stress and anxiety. These findings indicate that tahajud prayer is not only a spiritual act of worship, but also has a positive impact on an individual's overall well-being.
