Peran psikologi positif di Indonesia
Abstract
Positive psychology is pretty much influenced by the humanistic approach. The term positive psychology first appears in the last chapter of Maslow's book entitled Motivation and Personality, whose chapter title is "Toward a Positive Psychology." Positive psychology itself examines the strengths and virtues that can make a person or group of people succeed in life or achieve their life goals, so that they are happy. If you already have an idea of the purpose of positive psychology associations in Indonesia, then they can help Indonesian people have a better life, a pleasant life, and a meaningful life. Seeing the many benefits of the role of positive psychology in Indonesia, researchers are interested in conducting a scoping review study to examine the role of positive psychology in Indonesia. Positive psychology not only benefits individuals personally but also in various aspects of life, such as education, organizations, and society. Many educational institutions, companies, and organizations have adopted the principles of positive psychology to improve the health of students, employees, and society as a whole. By understanding positive psychology, people can learn how to increase their own happiness, improve their quality of life, and improve their well being. Positive psychology has developed rapidly in Indonesia, both on the scale of individuals, institutions, and society. The results show that positive psychology can improve individual wellbeing, organizational productivity, and community welfare. It can be concluded that overall positive
psychology has been successful in Indonesia. Positive psychology also has the potential to continue to grow and have a greater positive impact on Indonesian society
