Abstract
A B S T R A C T
The student exchange program is an activity integrated into the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy aimed at enriching student’s academic and curtural experiences. This program allows student to follow study program at other universities, both domestically and internationally, to enrich their academic experiences and improve their ability to adapt to new environments and cultures. Consecuently, the program can enhance student’s awareness and appreciation of Indonesia’s cultural diversity and improve their communication adaptability skills in diverse cultural settings
