Pengaruh kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan keseimbangan kerja-hidup pada kinerja pegawai PT Pupuk Kaltim

The activities of this research were carried out to examine the influence of leadership, training and ability on employee abilities at PT Pupuk Kaltim. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who are employees of PT Pupuk Kaltim. The variables involved include Leadership (X1), Training (X2), Ability (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The results of data analysis indicate that, partially, the variables Training (X2) and Ability (X3) have a significant impact on Employee Performance, while the Leadership variable (X1) does not have a significant effect. However, simultaneously, all independent variables (X) show a significant relationship with Employee Performance. Effective leadership has a major impact on employee performance. Leaders who can provide clear direction, empower employees, and provide necessary support are likely to motivate employees to achieve organizational goals and targets. Good leadership also includes open communication, constructive feedback, and attention to employee needs and aspirations. Apart from leadership, good training can also improve employee performance significantly. Relevant and up-to-date training helps employees develop the technical skills and knowledge necessary to better perform job dutiesThus, the findings of this study provide a deeper understanding of the factors influencing Employee Performance at PT Pupuk Kaltim.
