Abstract
Bullying of minors in school settings is a concerning phenomenon with significant impacts on victims. This culture of bullying can lead to psychological trauma, depression, anxiety, and even suicidal thoughts. This journal aims to analyze the impact of a culture of bullying minors in a school setting and offer solutions to overcome it. The focus of the research is on the actions of the perpetrators of bullying in the educational environment and how to prevent bullying in the educational environment. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing various reliable sources, including scientific journals, news articles, and official reports. The results show that the culture of bullying minors in school settings has significant negative impacts on victims, both physically and mentally. Physical impacts include injuries, pain, and even death. Mental impacts include psychological trauma, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. This journal also offers solutions to overcome the culture of bullying minors in school settings.
