Analisis majas hiperbola dalam lirik lagu Bat Country
Abstract
In a literary work such as poetry or song lyrics, language styles or figures of speech very commonly appear which aim to beautify and become an attraction for listening to a song. One language style that is often found in a song is hyperbole. This research aims to analyze the hyperbolic language style in the lyrics of the song entitled Bat Country by Avenged Sevenfold. The method used in this research is the library method, namely by carrying out a thorough and in-depth examination of relevant library sources. The result of this research is the discovery of a hyperbolic language style in the song's lyrics which describes the anxiety and chaos that is occurring between a person and himself.
