Gaya Kepemimpinan Kyai Dalam Mendidik Dan Mencetak Santri yang Berakhlakul Karimah Di Pondok Pesantren Darussa’adah Al–Islamy Poncokusumo
Abstract
Education is like a torch that reaches the path to the future. His light guides the younger generation to move forward, go beyond limits, and achieve their dreams. In their hands, the future of the nation is carved, full of hope and opportunity. Daruss'adah Al-Islamy Islamic Boarding School is one of the many Islamic Boarding Schools in the Malang area. The Darussa'adah Islamic boarding school or also called Darsah is a special non-formal dormitory-based boarding school, located on Jln. Raya Gubugklakah, Gubugklakah Village, District. Poncokusumo, Kab. Malang, East Java. This Islamic boarding school has three campuses, Campus I for male students, Campus II for female students, and Campus III for male students, and God willing, Campus IV and Campus V will also be built. Abuya KH. Nur Hasanuddin bin Abdul Lathief is the name of the caretaker at the Darsah Islamic Boarding School, he is an inspiritual motivator for us and anyone who knows and wants to be close to him. He has founded Islamic boarding schools
since 1991 AD until now. There are several leadership styles, such as autocratic or authoritarian, democratic, charismatic, laissez-faire, populist and paternalistic. This leadership model is not fixed, but changing and challenging. In general, leaders use more of a charismatic leadership style. The leadership style of kyai is a wealth of national culture and traditions that needs to be preserved and studied. Effective kyai leadership can be an example for leaders in various fields to build a young generation of quality and noble character. Each leader or Kyai has his own leadership style, but don't forget that the main goal is to educate and produce students who have good morals and knowledge.
