English The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various economic sectors in Indonesia, including philanthropy and waqf management. One of the innovations that has emerged is stock waqf, where the assets being waqfed are in the form of shares that are managed to generate sustainable profits which are then used for social and charitable purposes. Post-pandemic, declining economic activity and global uncertainty have hampered various initiatives and programs previously designed to advance the sector. However, amidst these challenges, waqf shares have emerged as one of the potential financial instruments to provide social and economic solutions. This paper aims to analyze and formulate effective strategies in developing waqf stocks in Indonesia in the post-COVID-19 era. The strategies include collaboration between Islamic financial institutions and the government, as well as education and socialization to the public on the benefits of waqf stocks. By capitalizing on the opportunities that exist and overcoming the challenges that arise, it is hoped that stock waqf can become one of the significant instruments in supporting economic and social development in Indonesia.
