Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Srikandi dalam mewujudkan kearsipan berbasis elektronik
Abstract
Archiving is the process of storing files that are or have been used but are still needed at any time. In the current era of digitalization, archival management is greatly facilitated by sophisticated technology. Technology-based archives are sought to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of archival document management in government institutions. The emergence of the Srikandi application in 2020 has helped make it easier for employees to manage important documents belonging to an agency. The Srikandi application is designed to manage data, search for data and access documents online, so that it is easily accessed by users, especially employees in an agency. It is believed that the Srikandi application can be a bridge in realizing electronic-based archives that are integrated and easily accessible to all groups in a government institution. The Srikandi application is equipped with features that make it easier for users to search for the data they need quickly and precisely based on categories, dates and keywords in real time. Apart from that, the Srikandi application really pays attention to the possibility of very minimal costs and requires a very short time compared to manual archiving which consumes a lot of energy and costs and takes a very long time, thus preventing users from continuing with other tasks. With the Srikandi application, it is certainly a very good opportunity in the future to support the online-based archive management process to increase the use of technology so that it does not become outdated. So, the Srikandi application makes a big contribution to online-based archiving with ease and is equipped with features for searching, managing and processing data effectively and efficiently, as well as being cost-effective and can be accessed anytime and anywhere online.
