Peran kompetensi profesionalisme guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial
Abstract
Teachers must have professional competence to support an effective learning process. Based on the analysis, social studies teachers have demonstrated a high level of professionalism in planning, implementing and evaluating learning. With these competencies, social studies teachers can increase students' motivation to learn. However, there is a difference in the learning motivation of class VII students between the super class and regular classes in social studies subjects, the super class class's learning motivation tends to be higher than that of the regular class, although there are differences, however, what happens is that the learning carried out by the social studies teacher still increases learning motivation. students and have a positive impact on the quality of classroom learning.
