Metode istinbath dan kaidah kebahasaan
Dzahir dan takwil, muradif dan musytarak
Abstract
Takwil is one of the methods of istinbath al-ahkam from the text or nashnya. In principle, Ushul Fiqh scholars agree to use takwil if it meets the predetermined requirements. The object of takwil study is a dzahir lafadzir that contains another meaning. Dzahir refers to words that indicate meaning with clues that reach the level of zhan, or arguments that allow or even require takwil to avoid misunderstanding. Muradif and musytarak are two important concepts in analyzing lafadz in the Quran. Muradif means several lafadz that have the same meaning, while musytarak is one lafadz that has many meanings. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of takwil as one of the methods of istinbath al-ahkam and its objects, and to know the content of the Qur'an from the perspective of muradif and musytarak linguistic rules. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative method with literature study research techniques both from books, articles, and journals that are relevant to the discussion of this material. The results showed that the scholars agreed to use the takwil method on lafadz dzahir which needs to be interpreted if it meets the predetermined conditions and the influence of muradif and musytarak linguistic rules in making shara' law.
