Abstract
The manufacturing industry often faces significant liquidity challenges due to its complex cash flow characteristics and high working capital requirements. This research uses a qualitative approach by analyzing secondary data from financial statements of manufacturing companies, case studies, and review of related literature. The results show that liquidity risk has a significant impact on the financial health of companies, especially in the context of market volatility and changing economic conditions. Effective liquidity risk management can help firms maintain operational stability and avoid financial difficulties that could lead to bankruptcy. The findings underscore the importance of proactive and adaptive liquidity management strategies as an integral part of enterprise risk management. This study suggests the need for stronger liquidity policy implementation and close supervision to ensure the long-term sustainability of manufacturing firms.
