Intelligence in Islam is understood as a gift from Allah SWT that distinguishes humans from other creatures, enabling them to think, learn, and develop their potential. The Qur'an and Hadith emphasize that intelligence must be used positively, through self-control and preparation for the afterlife. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Love-Based Curriculum (KBC) at MTsN Batu as a form of curriculum that fosters intelligence from an Islamic perspective. This curriculum emphasizes the development of love for Allah, the Prophet, fellow human beings, and the environment as the main foundation for character formation of students. The study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with teachers, students, and madrasah officials. The results showed that the implementation of the KBC at MTsN Batu was carried out in stages through adjustments to learning tools, religious habituation activities, and teacher training to strengthen pedagogical and spiritual competencies. Learning practices were not only oriented towards academic achievement, but also on the development of students' moral and spiritual values. Furthermore, routine activities at Mtsn Batu are an integral part of fostering a religious and character-based learning environment. The Love-Based Curriculum at MTsN Batu creates a balanced Islamic education model that promotes intellectual, spiritual, and moral development.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20633Ideologi, iman, dan gender2026-03-04T01:21:20+00:00Nazwa Ayudya Ziankhanazwaayudyazn@gmail.com
Gender equality in Indonesia continues to face significant structural challenges, largely influenced by deeply rooted patriarchal culture within society. Gender inequality does not arise solely from biological differences but is shaped through long-standing social and cultural constructions that influence roles, expectations, and power relations between men and women. Political dynamics, economic structures, and gender-biased religious interpretations further reinforce these disparities, often limiting women’s access to education, employment, leadership, and decision-making spaces. In this context, Pancasila plays an essential role as the ideological and moral foundation for advancing gender equality. The values embedded in the second principle, Humanitarianism, and the fifth principle, Social Justice, affirm the importance of equality, dignity, and nondiscrimination for all citizens regardless of sex or gender. These values are reflected in national policies such as the ratification of CEDAW, gender mainstreaming programs, and the development of gender-responsive educational curricula. Within Islam, equality is a core principle that emphasizes the equal spiritual worth of men and women, although its practice has often been shaped by culturally biased interpretations. Therefore, strengthening collaboration between the government, educational institutions, religious organizations, and civil society is crucial to eliminate gender-based discrimination and create a more just and inclusive society.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20486Solusi Numerik Radial Basis Function dan Runge Kutta pada model perubahan suhu dinding rumah2026-03-04T01:21:20+00:00Renata Dwi Yasarah230601110034@student.uin-malang.ac.id
Citizenship Education in higher education plays a crucial role in shaping students into critical thinkers, This study presents a numerical investigation of a heat-transfer model describing temperature variation on a house wall based on Newton’s law of cooling, where the heat transfer coefficient is assumed to vary over time. The governing first-order differential equation is solved using two different numerical approaches: the Radial Basis Function (RBF) method and the fourth-order Runge–Kutta (RK4) method. The RBF method is implemented as a meshless interpolation technique to construct a smooth approximate solution, while the RK4 method is employed as an explicit stepwise numerical solver with a fixed time increment. Simulation results show that the RBF method produces a smooth solution that closely interpolates the data points, although it is computationally demanding and highly dependent on parameter selection. In contrast, the RK4 method provides a stable and computationally efficient solution, but its accuracy is influenced by the chosen step size. Overall, both methods successfully approximate the temperature evolution described by the model, yet each demonstrates different strengths depending on computational and application requirements.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20925Awal mula kaum Jabariyah dan Qodariyah2026-03-04T01:21:20+00:00Athoillah Baharathoillahbahar@gmail.com
This article examines the historical emergence of two influential theological schools within Islam, namely Jabariyyah and Qadariyyah, which center on debates concerning divine predestination and human free will. Jabariyyah, pioneered by Jahm ibn Safwān, teaches that humans possess no free will, as all events occur solely by God’s absolute decree. In contrast, Qadariyyah initiated by Ma‘bad al-Juhani and Ghaylan al-Dimashqi emphasizes human freedom in making choices and bearing responsibility for their actions. This study outlines the historical background of both schools, their intellectual methodologies, and their impact on the development of Islamic theology. Rapid technological developments have made games increasingly accessible, leading many students to spend long hours playing each day. High-intensity gaming causes the brain to become accustomed to receiving rapid and repeated stimuli, ultimately reducing students’ ability to maintain focus while studying. This condition makes them more easily distracted and experiences mental fatigue during the learning process. The study was conducted through a literature review analyzing various relevant sources and studies. The results indicate that long gaming duration, high frequency of play, and the emotions that arise during play significantly influence students’ concentration levels. However, certain types of games can also improve cognitive abilities when used wisely and in a controlled manner. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of moral education to help students manage their time, control themselves, and maintain a balance betweet gaming and learning activities.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20385Penerapan kerangka berpikir ilmiah dalam penyusunan karya mahasiswa2026-03-04T01:21:21+00:00hafsa arrasyhafsaarrasy707@gmail.com
The scientific thinking framework is an essential foundation in the preparation of student academic writing, as it ensures that the writing process is carried out systematically, rationally, and in an accountable manner. Legislation to resolve a case being examined by a judge includes the executive branch, which creates legal regulations, either alone or in conjunction with the legislative branch. This constitutes the enforcement of the legal regulations themselves. Under the principle of separation of powers, lawmaking is a constitutional function carried out by the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, both written and unwritten. This is solely the authority of the legislative body, a function not shared by other bodies. Meanwhile, under the concept of the division of powers, the legislative, executive, and judicial bodies carry out these functions effectively. Therefore, through the creation of legal regulations as a form of implementing legal policy, the legal system must contain regulations that are as neutral as possible and impartial. The law is part of the legal role. In reality, education in Indonesia is currently unequal and there are many disparities, especially between urban and rural areas. Furthermore, numerous violations of regulations continue to occur, resulting in losses for many parties. Therefore, this article discusses laws and policies in the field of education.
Method: A scoping review was conducted using national journal databases and institutional repositories (primary studies in Indonesian/English) with a publication range up to 2025; studies were selected using inclusion criteria focusing on Gen Z and the e-commerce context. Results: The thematic analysis identified several clusters of key factors: (1) e-trust and digital service quality (e-service quality) — platform trust and service quality strongly influence purchasing decisions; (Pratama et al., 2024) (2) perceived ease of use and transaction convenience, which facilitate the buying process; (Afifatuzzahra, index.php, 2025) (3) digital marketing, brand awareness, promotions, and price, which trigger attention and purchase intention; (Chrestien et al., n.d.) (4) social proof/user reviews and psychological factors (impulse buying), which frequently drive spontaneous purchases among Gen Z; (Komariyah, 2025) Implications: The findings highlight the need for a combination of enhanced trust and technical service, personalized marketing strategies, and review management to optimize Gen Z conversion. Limitations: Variations in study methods and platform-specific focuses indicate the need for further comparative quantitative research.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20498Pengembangan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa madrasah melalui pendekatan pembelajaran Open-Ended2026-03-04T01:21:23+00:00Affifatus Zakiya250108110024@student.uin-malang.ac.id
Mathematical representation is a crucial component of mathematics learning, as it enables students to transform information into symbols, diagrams, graphs, or other mathematical models. Yet, instruction in madrasah often emphasizes single, procedural answers, limiting students’ opportunities to express diverse forms of representation. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the open-ended approach in enhancing students’ representational skills, particularly in solving linear equations with one variable. A descriptive qualitative method was employed through classroom observations, representation tasks, and interviews at an Islamic junior high school in East Java. The findings reveal that open-ended learning improves students’ mathematical representation in three major forms: visual (diagrams and graphs), symbolic (algebraic models), and verbal (process descriptions). The study contributes to the literature on tadris mathematics by highlighting the value of open-solution learning and provides practical recommendations for teachers to apply open-ended strategies in topics requiring representational creativity.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20807Fiqh Wakaf2026-03-04T01:21:24+00:00Dinda Silvy Faradiladindasilvy.faradila@gmail.com
This study discusses the concept of fiqh waqf and its implementation in the development of productive waqf as an instrument of social transformation. From a fiqh perspective, waqf has a strategic position as a sustainable charitable deed and a basis for strengthening the welfare of the community. However, the optimisation of productive waqf in Indonesia still faces a number of challenges, such as weak management, low public literacy, limited nadzir competence, and a lack of innovation in asset management. This study highlights the importance of a modern management system that is integrated with sharia principles, including planning, asset development, accountability, and transparency. Furthermore, social transformation through productive waqf can be realised if management is carried out professionally, adaptively, and based on community needs. This study concludes that synergy between regulations, the capacity of waqf administrators, and public participation are key factors in strengthening the role of productive waqf as a driver of social change.
A phonological study of tartil recitation is essential to understand the principles underlying its clarity, precision, and auditory beauty. This research aims to identify and analyze phenomena of assimilation, dissimilation, and suprasegmental aspects in the tartil recitation of Surah Asy-Syams. Using a descriptive-analytical qualitative method, data was collected from recordings of proficient qari’ (reciters) and analyzed based on the frameworks of modern phonology and tajwid rules. The results reveal several key phenomena: a dissimilation process in the word دَسَّىهَا (the change from /s/ to /y/) to avoid a difficult gemination; ash-shamsiyyah assimilation of the article ال; a gemination process (Idghām Mutamāthilain); variations of tafkhīm and tarqīq affecting sound quality; and the regulation of vowel duration through the mad system. In conclusion, this study finds that tartil recitation constitutes a systematic realization of phonological principles integrated with tajwid rules, where the interaction between segmental and suprasegmental aspects shapes the accuracy, fluency, and aesthetic quality of Qur’anic recitation.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20581Analisis Hubungan Antara Kebersihan Lingkungan Permukiman dengan Kesehatan Masyarakat2026-03-04T01:21:24+00:00Nadiyya Ulyaniunadiyya@gmail.com
This research explores the link between residential environmental cleanliness and public health. The study is motivated by the increasing dynamics of divorce cases and the low level of public literacy regarding the calculation of the waiting period, which often leads to misinterpretations of iddah, legal uncertainty, and disparities in practice across regions. An analytical-critical approach is employed to evaluate the quality, relevance, and validity of KHI’s provisions by correlating classical fiqh theory, empirical data, and judicial practices. The findings reveal that although KHI holds formal legitimacy, it has not yet accommodated contemporary complexities, particularly issues involving working women, reproductive technologies, and local cultural variations in observing ihdad. The lack of detailed technical regulations compels judges to refer back to classical fiqh, which is not always contextually relevant, resulting in inconsistencies in judicial decisions. Ironically, despite being blessed with great natural potential, West Papua is actually one of the provinces with the highest poverty rate in Indonesia. This situation raises an awkward question: why poverty remains high amidst the abundance of natural resources. This study aims to analyze welfare inequality in West Papua through a spatial approach, and relate it to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly goal 1 (No Poverty) and goal 10 (Reducing Inequality). Using secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for 2024 and Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping technology, this study maps the distribution of poverty lines in the Papua Barat region and categorizes them as low, medium, and high. The results of the analysis show that there are significant inequalities between districts/cities in Papua Barat. Some regions such as Teluk Bintuni and Manokwari have high poverty rates, while regions such as Teluk Wondama, South Manokwari, and Arfak Mountains show lower poverty rates. This finding confirms the existence of spatial disparities and development quality between regions. This research contributes to the development of evidence-based policy, particularly in equitable and sustainable regional development planning. Spatial visualization through thematic maps is expected to be a strategic tool in tackling poverty that is not only economic, but also structural and multidimensional as indicated in the structural poverty theory. With this approach, it is hoped that West Papua's development can be more inclusive and in accordance with the principles of social justice and sustainability promoted in the SDGs.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20509Analisis kedudukan nafkah dalam perkawinan perspektif hukum keluarga islam di Indonesia2026-03-04T01:21:25+00:00Aazzu Aazzuaazzu531@sma.belajar.id
Maintenance (nafkah) is a central component in sustaining family resilience and represents one of the husband’s primary obligations within marriage. However, educational management in Indonesia remains dominated by rigid and procedural bureaucracy, which slows technological adoption, limits curriculum creativity, and reduces teachers’ roles as innovators. This mismatch between the need for digital transformation and current managerial practices creates a gap in learning quality. In this context, Pragmatism offers a relevant philosophical foundation for reconstructing educational governance. Emphasizing the principles of inquiry, flexibility, evidence-based decision-making, and practical consequences, Pragmatism asserts that the value of a policy lies in its usefulness for improving students’ learning experiences. This article analyzes the relevance of Pragmatism in addressing bureaucratic weaknesses within Indonesian education and proposes a conceptual model of adaptive educational management suited to the digital era. The findings indicate that applying Pragmatic principles can restore the function of management as a problem-solving mechanism, encourage innovative autonomy for schools and teachers, and ensure that learning outcomes become the primary indicator of success. Thus, Pragmatism serves not merely as a philosophical theory but as an applicable managerial framework capable of responding effectively to the challenges of educational transformation in the era of Industry 4.0.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20198Rekonstruksi epistemologi pendidikan islam2026-03-04T01:21:27+00:00Muhammad Syafi'ul Mubarok240605110029@student.uin-malang.ac.id
Reconstructing the epistemology of Islamic education has become an urgent necessity in responding to the digital era, which is marked by shifts in how knowledge is acquired, validated, and distributed. The normative and historical sources of Islamic epistemology affirm that knowledge must be built through the integration of revelation, reason, and human experience. In the context of multicultural education, the values of justice, humanity, and rationality are essential for developing curricula that are responsive to cultural diversity and global challenges. The paradigm shift in Islamic education demands renewal in its ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions so that educational institutions can adapt to technological and social dynamics. This article employs a conceptual approach to analyze the foundations of Islamic epistemology, the core values of Islamic philosophy, and the urgency of curriculum reconstruction in the digital era. The analysis indicates that Islamic education needs to adopt an integrative epistemological model that combines revelatory principles, scientific rationality, and digital literacy as the basis for multicultural curriculum development. DER was chosen because it directly indicates how the bank balances the use of external funds with its equity, allowing changes in its figures to reflect the direction of its capital policy and its response to economic dynamics over the past five years. Using a quantitative descriptive approach based on annual financial report data, this study attempts to analyze patterns, not just numbers, to determine whether the bank's capital structure is moving toward stability or facing certain pressures. The results indicate that DER fluctuations during this period are not simply annual variations, but part of the bank's efforts to maintain a healthy capital position while still supporting financing activities. These findings demonstrate that consistent DER management is a crucial foundation for sustainable operations and stakeholder trust. However, this study recognizes its limitations in using only one solvency indicator. Therefore, further studies involving other ratios such as the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) or the Financing-to-Deposit Ratio (FDR) would help provide a more comprehensive picture of the capital condition of Islamic banks.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20621Pancasila Sebagai Dasar Anti Korupsi2026-03-04T01:21:27+00:00Mohammad Khoiron Azamimohammadkhoirona@gmail.com
Corruption is a fundamental problem that hinders national progress, damages social relations, and undermines democracy. In Indonesia, corruption not only harms state finances but also erodes public trust in the government and undermines moral values within society. Pancasila, as the foundation of the state and the nation's way of life, encompasses moral, ethical, and spiritual values that can serve as a strong foundation for preventing and overcoming corruption. This article examines this issue in depth by analyzing six published scientific journals. The results show that each principle of Pancasila has values that can be applied to public policy, education, law enforcement, and the development of an anti-corruption culture. This study also emphasizes that education based on Pancasila values and moral strengthening are crucial steps in shaping a society with integrity. Net Profit Margin is a financial ratio that measures the bank’s ability to generate net profit from its operational revenue. The fluctuation of profitability serves as an important indicator in evaluating how effectively the management controls operational expenses and optimizes income. This research applies a descriptive quantitative approach utilizing the annual financial reports of Bank Muamalat as the primary data source. The findings show that the NPM value experienced considerable instability throughout the study period. In 2020 and 2021, the NPM value remained below 1%, indicating high operational costs relative to revenue. The year 2022 marked a significant improvement with the highest NPM achievement of 5.55%, showing strong efficiency and profitability. However, the value sharply declined again to 0.84% in 2023 before slightly improving to 1.36% in 2024. Overall, Bank Muamalat’s profitability still requires further enhancement to achieve sustainable and consistent performance. This study examines the influence of AI on educational transformation, which is currently moving from conventional methods toward digital learning. AI serves as the core technology accelerating change through learning automation, personalization of materials, and providing data-based educational services. This transformation drives a pedagogical paradigm shift toward a model centered on students and technology. In this context, educators transition into facilitators, while learners are required to be more independent and possess adequate digital literacy. Although AI offers significant opportunities to improve learning effectiveness and access, it also presents challenges, including infrastructure readiness and the risk of moral and ethical degradation if humanitarian values are neglected. Therefore, the success of this transformation highly depends on institutional adaptation, the strengthening of technological curricula, educator training, and the establishment of strong AI ethics policies. This study is crucial for understanding the trajectory of educational development in the 4.0 era.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19947Manajemen strategis pada lembaga pendidikan islam dalam menghadapi tantangan Kurikulum Merdeka2026-03-04T01:21:28+00:00Qurrotul Ainiaqainia991@gmail.com
Changes in the curriculum are one of the ways the national education system adapts to the demands of the times and the progress of society. One significant change is the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which began in 2022 by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This curriculum emphasizes flexibility, student-centered learning, and strengthening the character of Pancasila students through project-based activities. However, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum presents its own challenges for Islamic educational institutions such as madrasahs and pesantren, which have distinctive characteristics, visions, and unique learning methods. This study examines how strategic management is used by Islamic educational institutions in responding to these changes, as well as how SWOT analysis is applied to design adaptive strategies in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The findings indicate that strategic management plays an important role for Islamic educational institutions in establishing their vision, developing adaptive policies, and adjusting the curriculum without compromising Islamic values. With the help of SWOT analysis, madrasahs and pesantren can identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, enabling the implementation strategy of the Merdeka Curriculum to become more adaptive and sustainable.
Fiqh principles are legal guidelines derived from the Qur'an, Hadith, and the istinbat methods of scholars, which include the values of honesty, justice, transparency, benefit, and the prohibition of harming others. NIM is used as a key indicator to assess the bank’s effectiveness in managing productive assets and generating margin income from intermediation activities. The research applies a descriptive statistical approach using annual financial statement data of BCA Syariah. The results indicate that NIM experienced fluctuations, with a notable increase in 2021 and 2022 as the economy began to recover after the COVID-19 pandemic. However, a gradual decline occurred in 2023 and 2024 due to the rapid growth of productive assets that was not fully matched by the increase in margin income, along with tighter industry competition and rising cost of funds. Despite this decline, the NIM level remains within the fairly healthy to healthy category, reflecting the bank’s stable performance in maintaining its intermediation function. These changes are influenced by internal factors such as operational efficiency, funding structure, and financing quality, as well as external factors including macroeconomic conditions and financial industry dynamics. Overall, BCA Syariah demonstrates the ability to sustain its profitability while continuing to adapt to economic pressures and competitive challenges.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20473Telaah Teoretis tentang Ilmu Qiraat dalam kajian Al-Qur’an2026-03-04T01:21:29+00:00Afrida Ulya Rahmana Ulya Rahmanaafridaulyarahmana05@gmail.com
Qira 'at is a discipline that deals with variations of reading the qur 'an as it is passed down to the messenger of god. And it's inherited through a valid sanad. The appearance of qira 'at is based on the concept of sab 'atu ahruf, which is given as a convenient way for people with differing dialects and reading skills. In the days of the spread of Islam, scholars have established qira 'at's historical criteria to match the Assyrian rasm, the Arabic code, and the valid sanads to maintain the integrity of qur 'an. Based on these criteria, qira 'at is classified into several stages, such as mutawattir,, ahad, shaz, maudhu ', and mudraj, where only qira 'at sahih may be allowed to exist. The study shows that learning qira 'at has great urgency, not only in the original preservation of the qur 'an, but also in deepening of meaning, deepening of tajwid science, understanding of Arabic, and enambling of spiritual experience. Thus, the qira 'at science is a fundamental aspect of maintaining the purity of qur 'an and reinforcement a Muslim's relationship with divine revelation.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20276Analisis Konsonan (الصوامت) dalam QS al-Ma‘ūn: Kajian Makhraj dan Sifat Huruf Berdasarkan Tartil Syekh as-Sudais2026-03-04T01:21:29+00:00Rifky Khoirul Anamanamrifkii006@gmail.com
This study examines the arabic consonants (ṣawāmit) in Surah al-Mā‘ūn using a phonetic-linguistic approach, focusing on makhārij and consonantal features as produced in the tartil recitation of Shaykh Abdurrahman as-Sudais. The research employs a descriptive–phonetic method by repeatedly analyzing the recorded recitation, identifying places and manners of articulation, and comparing them with classical tajwīd principles. The findings indicate a high level of consistency in the articulation of features such as shiddah, rakhāwah, hams, jahr, isti‘lā’, and ithbāq, which correspond closely to modern phonetic categories such as stops, fricatives, nasals, laterals, and emphatic consonants. The analysis also shows that short-voweled consonants display controlled duration reduction without loss of articulatory accuracy, while emphatic sounds maintain stable pharyngeal resonance. This research affirms that integrating tajwīd and modern phonetics offers a more precise understanding of articulation quality in Qur’anic recitation.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20825Pengaruh Al-qur’an terhadap kesehatan jasmani2026-03-04T01:21:29+00:00Nanda Maziyyajaeminand@gmail.com
Listening to the Qur’an can greatly affect human health. Murabahah is the most dominant financing used in Islamic banking operations because it provides income certainty through fixed margins and is easy to implement. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative analysis method conducted through a literature review of the fiqh provisions of the four schools of thought, contemporary regulations such as the KHES and the DSN-MUI Fatwa, as well as empirical findings regarding the effect of murabahah financing on profitability. The analysis results show that murabahah has a strong sharia legal basis and plays a significant role in increasing the profitability of Islamic banks, particularly through increasing Return on Assets (ROA). However, its implementation in the field still faces challenges, including those related to the ownership of goods in the murabahah bil wakalah contract and the potential for equalizing margins with conventional interest. Therefore, strengthening sharia compliance, more effective supervision by the DPS, and diversification of financing products are needed so that Islamic banking functions can run more optimally and in line with the maqashid sharia.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20436Analisis Return On Equity (ROE) Bank Mega Syariah 2020-2024 dalam kerangka manajemen risiko perbankan syariah2026-03-04T01:21:30+00:00siti khoirun nisanengnabilatulmahmudah02@gmail.comEsy Nur Aisyahesynuraisyah@pbs.uin-malang.ac.id
Return on Equity (ROE) is a key indicator used to assess a bank’s ability to generate profit from its existing capital. CAR is an important indicator that measures a bank's capital adequacy in bearing risks against its risk-weighted assets (RWA). Data were obtained from the bank's annual report and official OJK publications, then analyzed descriptively longitudinally. The results show that Bank Muamalat's CAR experienced a significant increase from 12.42% in 2019 to 32.70% in 2022, then experienced a moderate decline to 29.42% in 2023. The dramatic increase in 2021-2022 was primarily due to substantial capital injections and the issuance of subordinated instruments, while the decline in 2023 was influenced by asset growth and financing expansion that were faster than capital growth. These findings indicate that although Bank Muamalat is above the regulatory threshold for capital adequacy, the dynamics of expansion and risk pressures still require management and regulatory attention.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19996Creative management strategies to build business appeal2026-03-04T01:21:30+00:00Ade Ega Maulidiana220501110205@student.uin-malang.ac.idMaretha Ika Prajawatimaretha@uin-malang.ac.id
Creative management plays a central role in building business appeal at Cafe Istana Pengangguran, a grape-garden-based cafe located in Pakis District, Malang Regency. Using a descriptive quantitative approach based on publicly available financial reports issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), this research identifies trends in BOPO and evaluates their relationship with profitability indicators. The findings reveal significant fluctuations in BOPO, with its highest increase occurring in 2022 due to rising operational expenses associated with digital transformation, employee costs, and impairment loss reserves. Improvements were observed in 2023–2024 as the bank strengthened its risk management, optimized digital services, and enhanced operational revenue. The analysis confirms a negative relationship between BOPO and profitability, indicating that higher BOPO leads to a decline in Return on Assets (ROA) and overall financial performance. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum evaluation in one of the junior high schools in Malang City, emphasizing a new finding in the form of insert meetings as a reflective evaluation model. A descriptive qualitative approach was used through interviews, observations, and documentation of the deputy principal in charge of curriculum, teachers, and students who participated in the insert meetings in turns. The results showed that insert meetings provided space for students to present their learning achievements, difficulties encountered, and support needs in front of teachers and parents. This evaluation not only assesses academic aspects but also develops character, self-confidence, and strengthens parental involvement in the learning process. Thus, the inter-class meeting becomes an innovation in the Merdeka Curriculum evaluation that is reflective, participatory, and oriented towards strengthening the relationship between schools, students, and families.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/18463Tantangan dan Solusi Penyalahgunaan Zat dari Perspektif Sosial di Masyarakat2026-03-04T01:21:31+00:00HABIBULLAH .230401110221@student.uin-malang.ac.id
Substance abuse is a complex global problem with serious implications for public health and social cohesion. This study examines the challenges of substance abuse from a social perspective in Indonesian society and identifies effective community-based solutions to address it. Using a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, this study involved in-depth interviews with 30 informants consisting of former substance users, social workers, community leaders, and health professionals. The results showed that the determinants of substance abuse include peer pressure, family dysfunction, socioeconomic disparities, and accessibility of substances. Social stigma was identified as a significant barrier to recovery and social reintegration. This study proposes several strategic solutions including: (1) community-based prevention programs by strengthening family institutions; (2) a harm reduction approach that is sensitive to the local cultural context; (3) post-rehabilitation social support networks; and (4) destigmatization through community education. This study contributes to the development of policies that integrate health, social, and law enforcement aspects by positioning substance users as individuals in need of help, not simply criminals. NPM serves as the primary tool for assessing a bank's ability to generate net profit from its total revenue and assessing the operational efficiency of Islamic banks. Data were obtained from Bank Muamalat's annual financial reports and analyzed descriptively using a trend approach. The findings of this study indicate that Bank Muamalat's NPM has undergone significant changes. From 2020 to 2021, the NPM was low but stable at 0.41 and 0.42, respectively, due to the pandemic and high operational costs. 2022 was a significant year, as the NPM increased significantly to 1.51 due to cost savings and improved loan quality. However, the NPM declined again to 0.62 in 2023 due to cost pressures and global economic uncertainty. In 2024, the NPM rose again to 0.86, indicating a recovery in profitability. Structural weaknesses in the formal judicial system—high litigation costs, protracted procedures, and geographical barriers—exacerbate social injustice, violating Article 27(1) of the 1945 Constitution and the fifth pillar of Pancasila. Employing a normative-juridical approach with qualitative analysis of secondary data from Ministry of Law and Human Rights reports, Supreme Court statistics, and case studies by LBH Jakarta and LBH APIK, the research evaluates reforms in small claims courts through free legal aid (pro bono publico) programs managed by Legal Aid Institutes (LBH), Posbakum offices, and local government initiatives in Central Java and NTT. Findings indicate a 40-50% increase in marginalized participation in resolving land disputes, labor wages, and domestic violence cases in remote regions, particularly following Supreme Court Regulation No. 3 of 2017 on prodeo services. Persistent challenges include limited state budget allocation (only 0.5% of APBN for legal aid), inter-agency coordination gaps, low legal awareness among indigenous communities, and e-court digitalization barriers in Papua and Maluku due to poor internet infrastructure. Normative recommendations encompass expanding Posbakum authority in district courts, raising legal aid funding to 2% of APBN, mass training of pro bono lawyers via law faculty partnerships, and integrating restorative mediation based on customary law for efficient small claims resolution. Secondary data is drawn from Bank Aceh Syariah's officially published annual financial reports and the Financial Services Authority (OJK)'s Sharia Banking Statistics publication. The approach used is a quantitative descriptive analysis based on time trends. The findings indicate a significant increase in ROA from 1.73% (2020) to 2.05% (2022), then remained stable at 2.01% in 2023 and 2024. The surge in 2021–2022 reflects the successful post-pandemic economic recovery, maintained financing quality, and increased operational efficiency. The consistent ROA at 2.01% in subsequent periods was maintained thanks to a very low level of non-performing financing (averaging 0.34%), a capital adequacy ratio (CAR) above 20%, and prudent liquidity management. Overall, Bank Aceh Syariah's ROA significantly exceeds the national average for Islamic banking (1.1%–1.5%), placing it among the most profitable Islamic banks in Indonesia. In this context, fiqh muamalah, as a guideline for Islamic business ethics, provides relevant principles for maintaining social justice, economic responsibility, and sustainability in the global business world. Fiqh muamalah includes rules regarding buying and selling, renting, lending and borrowing, as well as principles such as justice (al-'adl), willingness (ar-ridha), and clarity (al-bayan). Although fiqh muamalah has long been known in the context of everyday Muslim life, its application in international business is still limited. This study aims to identify the principles of fiqh muamalah relevant to global business ethics, with a focus on the application of sharia principles in international transactions and efforts to create a just and transparent economic system. This study uses a qualitative and comparative approach, comparing fiqh muamalah theories in classical literature with emerging global business practices. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of fiqh muamalah literature and its application in international business, as well as provide practical guidance for Muslim entrepreneurs in integrating Islamic principles in global business transactions.
2025-12-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/20549Sejarah Peradaban Arab Pra Islam2026-03-04T01:21:33+00:00afidatul fikriafidahlmj@gmail.com
This study examines the conditions of pre-Islamic Arab society, also known as the Jahiliyah period, from various aspects, including politics, socio-culture, economy, ethics, and belief systems. The analysis reveals that although the society of that era is often associated with negative Jahiliyah practices, they actually possessed complex and dynamic social structures, economic traditions, and cultural values. The political system was tribal, with decentralized leadership led by a sheikh whose role was to resolve internal conflicts. Social and cultural life emphasized loyalty to the family, courage, generosity, and norms that varied across different social strata, while economic practices were dominated by trade, agriculture, and craftsmanship, connecting Arabs with other nations. Ethical conditions reflected a combination of high moral standards and widespread immoral practices. Meanwhile, the belief system evolved from the monotheistic teachings of Prophet Abraham (AS) to idol worship and animism, although the core value of monotheism was never entirely lost. This article develops a comprehensive strategy to strengthen tolerance and societal harmony by analyzing three key pillars derived from the study of Islam Nusantara. The first pillar is an analysis of Islamic Universalism Thought, primarily initiated by Nurcholish Madjid, which aligns with the principles of Multicultural Education (respecting diversity, justice, and equal rights). This inclusive understanding is then expanded through a multi-perspective approach, which combines theological, sociological, and psychological analysis of the dynamics of religious pluralism, thus producing a comprehensive perspective. The third pillar encompasses the application of the Ethics of Diversity in a social context. This can be seen in the history of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the Walisongo (Nahdlatul Ulama) in the Indonesian archipelago, who successfully addressed differences through dialogue between religion and culture. The success of this model lies in the integration of religion and culture, as well as the realization of three types of piety (ritual, social, and cultural) to form a society that is baldatun tayyibah (a just society). In conclusion, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role in instilling this awareness. PAI needs to implement innovative and contextually appropriate learning methods to spread the values of tolerance, empathy, and respect to prevent disintegration and strengthen unity within a diverse framework.
2025-12-31T01:36:03+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/22794Analisis kimia kualitas air minum dalam perspektif Al-qur’an2026-03-04T01:21:34+00:00Fina Izzatillahfinaizza0912@gmail.com
Clean and safe drinking water is a basic human need and an essential factor in maintaining health and sustainting life. Over the past few decades, the quality of drinking water in various regions has experienced a significant decline. This condition cannot be separted from the increasing intensity of human activities that directly impact the environment, particularly water pollution. This paper aims to discuss drinking water quality from the perspective of chemical parameters and to relate it to the Qur’anic view on human responsibility toward the environment. This study is compiled from several academic journals by lecturers of UIN Malang and other relevant supporting sources. The results indicate that water pollution contributes to increased concentration of certain chemical substances, such as fluoride, nitrate, and heavy metals, wich have the potential to endanger human health. From the Qur’anic perspective, water pollution is understood as a from of corruption or damage (fasād) that contradicts the principle of balance (mīzān) and humanity’s trust and responsibility as khalifah (stewards) on Earth. Classical Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) states that one of the purposes of iddah is to ensure the wife's womb is free of sperm from her previous husband before marrying a new husband. Advances in medical technology, such as ultrasounds, DNA tests, pregnancy tests, and so on, have raised the question of whether the iddah period is still relevant if the certainty of uterine emptiness can be determined quickly and accurately. This study uses a literature review approach to classical Islamic jurisprudence sources and contemporary literature. This study shows that although medical certainty can provide faster information, the issue of iddah is not only a biological issue but also considers the background to the obligation of iddah. Given current technological advances, traditional games, which are usually played by children in the afternoon, continue to be replaced by gadgets that are now indispensable in various aspects of life. Gadgets make it difficult for children to interact with their peers and the people around them. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah forms the basis for developing good character that will be beneficial for children's future. Technology is advancing rapidly, leading to dependence on gadgets and delayed child development, ranging from emotional issues to reduced physical exploration and creativity. In addition, a lack of social interaction and verbal stimulation can hinder the development of speech and language skills. Social interaction requires repeated practice to make it easier for children when they enter higher education. Traditional games are an effort to help children become interested in learning in a fun but serious way. Engklek is one game that can be used to support children's development in school. By providing this game in between sports activities, children become interested in learning and will continue to be enthusiastic about playing it. One of these technological advancements is AI (Artificial Intelligence), which has been applied in education across various countries over the past few years. AI is a system designed to be innovative in research domains and can be replicated on machine devices or computers. The purpose of creating this journal is to understand the role and influence of AI in the teaching and learning system in schools and within Indonesia’s education sector. The utilization of artificial intelligence in education can facilitate school learning by developing skills in an effective and efficient manner. Although AI has great potential in learning, it also presents challenges such as data security, privacy issues, and the fact that it cannot replace the role of teachers in the learning process. Therefore, AI is not a substitute but rather a supporting tool that makes learning easier, more practical, and more efficient. The field of artificial intelligence also has a significant impact on curriculum design and teaching methods in educational institutions. Libraries are not merely repositories for books; they are also sources of information, providing broad access to knowledge in both physical and digital forms. Libraries also serve as the heart of the educational ecosystem, supporting learning, research, and the development of information literacy. The public also has the opportunity to broaden their horizons, improve their competencies, and access a variety of relevant resources tailored to their academic and professional needs. As library services evolve, the digitalization of library services has also evolved through the provision of electronic resources such as ebooks, journals, scientific databases, and digital repositories, enabling users to access information quickly, accurately, and in-depth. This development not only enriches the library's function as an information center but also increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided. Furthermore, various studies show that optimal utilization of library services is significantly correlated with increased academic success. This act stems from low integrity and weak moral awareness of individuals regarding the values of honesty and responsibility. In the context of education, the role of Pancasila Education is very important as a means of shaping anti-corruption character from an early age. Through learning that emphasizes Pancasila values such as justice, honesty, and social responsibility, students are guided to internalize integrity and avoid corrupt behavior. Generation Z, as future leaders, needs to be equipped with strong critical and moral awareness amid rapid technological developments and information flows. Educators play an important role in instilling values of integrity through contextual, creative, and project-based learning methods. Thus, eradicating corruption does not only depend on law enforcement, but must begin in the world of education through continuous character building in order to realize a clean, just, and civilized nation.
2025-11-18T08:40:52+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19831Integrasi kurikulum Nasional dan Cambridge Primary di SD laboratorium UM2026-03-04T01:21:35+00:00Himawan Aufaqil Azzahimawanaufaqil20@gmail.comShabrina Yudhitia alfiatun nafi'ahshabrinaay05@gmail.comDinda Dwi Riski Ameliadindaamelia9727@gmail.com
This study examines the integration of the National Curriculum and the Cambridge Primary Curriculum at SD Laboratorium UM through curriculum document analysis and classroom implementation review. The integration aims to meet 21st-century competency demands by combining national standards with international approaches. The research employs document analysis and observations of learning practices in English, Math, and Science. The findings indicate that curriculum integration is carried out through competency mapping between the two curricula, resulting in bilingual teaching materials. Learning is implemented using active and collaborative approaches, with English as the main medium of instruction for Cambridge subjects. Assessment combines national evaluations with Cambridge assessments such as Progress Checks and Checkpoint examinations. The integration improves students’ English proficiency, numeracy skills, and scientific literacy, although challenges remain, including limited Cambridge materials and teacher readiness. Overall, this integrated model contributes positively to enhancing the quality of primary education.
2025-11-18T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19830Analisis penggunaan afiksasi pada lirik lagu “Everything U Are” karya Baskara Putra2026-03-04T01:21:35+00:00Rofi'atul Mauliddinarofiatulnauliddinadina@gmail.com
This research discusses the use of affixation found in the lyrics of Everything U Are by Baskara Putra or often called Hindia. Affixation is the process of forming new words in a language by adding affixes to the base word. There are several types of affixes which can be prefixes, suffixes, infixes, or a combination of prefixes and suffixes. This song was chosen because it is billingual although only two verses are in English, so there are variations in the use of affixes from both languages and this song is one of the most popular songs on the album, so researchers are interested in studying this song. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by analyzing affixed words in song lyrics. The data is obtained from the song lyrics which are then analyzed to identify the types of affixation used, such as prefixes, suffixes, and confixes. The results show that the number of each type of affix analyzed and found are prefixes totaling 10 data, suffixes totaling 16 data, and confixes totaling 7 data. With a total of 33 data. The number of affixation findings shows that the process of word formation through affixes plays an important role in shaping the structure and meaning of song lyrics. Besides playing an important role in shaping structure and meaning, the use of affixes in song lyrics also gives an emotional and poetic feel so that the message to be conveyed becomes stronger.
2025-11-18T02:23:39+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19820Meninjau bahasa medis terhadap gerakan gerakan shalat2026-03-04T01:21:35+00:00gyan syauqi250703110069@student.uin-malang.ac.idsabrina nesa250703110137@student.uin-malang.ac.idNovita Puteri250703110103@student.uin-malang.ac.id
Prayer is an act of worship that not only has spiritual value but also holds physiological dimensions that impact human health. The activities involved in prayer, particularly the standing (qiyam), ruku' (bowing), and i'tidal (inclination), can be studied from a medical perspective because they involve complex biomechanical mechanisms of the body. When standing, postural muscles such as the quadriceps, gluteus maximus, and erector spinae function to maintain balance and increase peripheral blood flow. The ruku' movement provides a static stretch for the hamstrings and lower back, thus serving as flexibility training and preventing musculoskeletal pain. Meanwhile, the transition to i'tidal contributes to training neuromuscular coordination and maintaining body stability by activating core muscles. Various studies have shown that performing prayer regularly can improve posture, balance, and cardiovascular function, especially in the elderly. However, if performed without proper technique, these movements can pose risks such as back pain, increased pressure on the knee joints, or orthostatic hypotension. Therefore, understanding the medical language related to each prayer movement is crucial as an effort to integrate the values of worship and health science, as well as serving as a basis for developing "healthy prayer" education to support the physical health of Muslims.
2025-11-18T01:39:53+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19650Dinamika sejarah lahirnya Pancasila2026-03-04T01:21:35+00:00Dina Lailatun Nur Khosimahdinalailatun28@gmail.com
After Indonesia gained its independence, national figures began to formulate a national foundation that would serve as a guideline for all Indonesians. Pancasila was created through several stages of negotiation, delivered by many of the nation's founding fathers. Pancasila did not emerge instantly. Instead, it emerged as the result of a long historical period filled with ideological and political obstacles among the nation's founders. Ultimately, they all agreed on the foundation of the Indonesian state. The purpose of this paper is to examine the various differences in ideas and political interests that emerged during the process of formulating Pancasila during the BPUPKI session in 1945. This includes obstacles regarding the Jakarta Charter and the agreement and approval of the PPKI session. Starting from the ideological differences of the nation's founders, particularly between the nationalist (nationalist) and religious (religious) groups, ideas and political references emerged that led to the formation of Pancasila. During this process, clashes occurred between three main groups: nationalists, Muslims, and communists.
2025-11-17T08:16:58+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19786Pancasila dan kearifan lokal2026-03-04T01:21:35+00:00Revan Hilalfi Ramadhanhardcoregg09@gmail.com
The identity and cultural resilience of the Indonesian nation in the era of globalization face complex challenges. This study aims to analyze the paradigmatic synergy between Pancasila as the foundation of the state and local wisdom as the roots of culture in building national identity and cultural resilience. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach, in which data is analyzed descriptively and critically. The findings reveal that the values of Pancasila (Belief in God, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, and Justice) are universal and resonate with the principles that live in various local wisdom of the archipelago. This synergy is not a hierarchical relationship, but rather a mutually complementary and reinforcing one; Pancasila provides a national philosophical framework, while local wisdom provides concrete and contextual cultural manifestations. The conclusion of this study affirms that the integration of Pancasila and local wisdom forms a dynamic paradigm of cultural resilience. This paradigm not only preserves cultural heritage but also empowers it as a foundation for facing global change, thereby strengthening an inclusive and sustainable national identity. This synergy ultimately becomes an important pillar in strengthening the character of the nation and national resilience as a whole.
2025-11-14T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19777Sekolah unggul tak lahir dari kurikulum hebat, tapi dari manajemen yang efektif2026-03-04T01:21:35+00:00Jilan Nafiajilannafia2@gmail.com
An excellent school is not created merely by having an outstanding curriculum, but through the implementation of effective educational management that focuses on the quality of education itself. The curriculum serves only as a tool to achieve educational goals, while management functions as the driving force that ensures all school members work together harmoniously. Effective educational management includes well directed and continuous planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. Schools with strong management are able to build visionary leadership, professional teachers, and a collaborative as well as disciplined work culture. Conversely, without effective management, the curriculum often remains merely an administrative document with no real meaning in classroom practice. Therefore, the key to realizing an excellent school does not lie in how often the curriculum changes, but in how the management system is able to manage human resources, facilities, and learning strategies professionally and measurably to achieve sustainable educational quality.
2025-11-14T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19063Kurangnya efektivitas undang-undang tipikor dalam menjerat kasus korupsi pejabat di indonesia2026-03-04T01:21:36+00:00Muhammad Farhan Arif250501110065@student.uin-malang.ac.id
Corruption in Indonesia is a long-standing structural phenomenon that has hampered clean governance and sustainable national development. Although Indonesia has a relatively strong legal framework, Law No. 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption, which was later amended by Law No. 20 of 2001, the reality on the ground shows that this regulation is still ineffective in imprisoning corruption cases involving public officials, both at the regional and local levels. This ineffectiveness is not only evident in the legal aspect but also in the substitution of laws, the legal culture of society, and weak coordination between law enforcement agencies. This research is motivated by the high level of corruption among officials, especially members of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) and ministerial/institutional officials, despite the existence of severe criminal penalties in the law. This research is motivated by the high level of corruption among officials, especially members of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) and officials of ministries/institutions, despite the existence of severe criminal threats in the law. In line with data from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW), every year there are still dozens of public officials caught in large-scale corruption operations. These results indicate that the ineffectiveness of the anti-corruption law in punishing public officials is caused by several factors, namely the existence of legal loopholes such as in abuse of authority and proof of gratification cases that are often difficult to prove formally. Weakening politics in Indonesia, namely that the legislative process and law enforcement practices remain influenced by certain political interests, so it is not uncommon for officials in strategic locations to enjoy unofficial protection from political networks and the inconsistency of law enforcement officials in implementing regulations. Although the KPK is relatively independent in enforcing the law, there are limited authority and difficulties in coordinating with other institutions such as the police and the prosecutor's office.
2025-11-13T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19571Dasar pancasila sebagai moral negara pancasila sebagai dasar perlindungan hak asasi manusia di Indonesia2026-03-04T01:21:36+00:00muchammad iqbalgntg syahid250501110062@student.uin.malang.ac.id
Pancasila, as the moral foundation of the Indonesian state, plays a strategic role in safeguarding human rights (HAM) within the nation. This article explores how Pancasila’s values—particularly the second principle, Just and Civilized Humanity—can be integrated into legal, educational, and cultural systems to serve as an ethical basis for human rights protection. Using a normative juridical approach combined with qualitative analysis of national regulations and philosophical insights from thinkers like Notonagoro and Kaelan, the study finds that Pancasila offers a culturally rooted framework for adapting universal human rights principles to Indonesia’s unique context. Key challenges include the weak internalization of Pancasila’s values and the dominance of liberal human rights paradigms. The article proposes strategies to strengthen Pancasila’s role through character education, legal enforcement, and exemplary leadership, aiming to build a human rights system that is just, dignified, and deeply connected to the nation’s identity.

2025-11-13T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19747Pancasila sebagai paradigma pembangunan nasional dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara2026-03-04T01:21:36+00:00Fadilah Eka Rahmadhani250501110080@student.uin-malang.ac.id
This study aims to comprehensively analyze the central role of Pancasila as a paradigm for national development in Indonesia. Pancasila has a fundamental position, not only as the philosophical and ideological basis of the state, but also as a normative framework that guides the entire process of planning, implementing, and evaluating development. National development is measured from a holistic dimension, covering material growth as well as holistic human development (moral, social, and spiritual), which must be based on the values of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy, and social justice. Theoretically, Pancasila functions as a comprehensive framework that encompasses normative, ideological, and practical aspects to integrate all sectors of national development (politics, law, economy, socio-culture, defense) in order to achieve the ideal of a just and prosperous society. However, its implementation faces major challenges. Internally, this is due to inconsistent political commitment and a lack of understanding. Externally, implementation is hampered by the erosion of national values as a result of globalization and liberalization. Thus, reinforcing Pancasila as a strategic foundation is a necessity. This step is important to balance material and spiritual progress in order to realize development that is just, sustainable, and in line with Indonesia's character.
2025-11-13T06:25:20+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://urj.uin-malang.ac.id/index.php/mij/article/view/19752Artikulasi fikih kesehatan dalam kebijakan kesehatan global2026-03-04T01:21:36+00:00Ala Ishaq250703110031@student.uin-malang.ac.idakmal Nurrosyidin T250703110245@student.uin-malang.ac.idSepta Widyanti Romadhani250703110244@student.uin-malang.ac.idKeysha Ananda Elfadiny250703110070@student.uin-malang.ac.id
Hadith, as the second primary source of Islamic law after the Qur’an, plays a significant role in shaping the worldview of Muslims, particularly in maintaining physical and spiritual health.
