Focus and Scope
Journal of Islamic Buseness Law provides an scholarly forum for academics, researchers, policymakers, legal practitioners, judges, development professionals, and civil society organizations to examine how economic law can be redesigned to advance economic justice, gender equality, poverty alleviation, and sustainable development.
Journal of Islamic Business Law promotes interdisciplinary and comparative legal scholarship by integrating contemporary legal theories, public policy, international legal standards, and Islamic legal values, including Maqāṣid al-Sharī'ah, 'Adl (justice), Maṣlaḥah (public welfare), Karāmah (human dignity), and ethical governance in addressing economic and social challenges at national, regional, and global levels.
