Peer Review Process

The article submitted to Journal of Islamic Business Law will be (double-blind) peer-reviewed. Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to Reviewers comments. The content and the use of references in an article published in Journal of Islamic Business Law is the responsibility of respective authors.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Journal History

Journal of Islamic Business Law merupakan sarana komunikasi dan publikasi ilmiah hasil riset mahasiswa di bidang hukum bisnis atau ekonomi syariah dengan berbagai pendekatannya. Journal of Islamic Business Law terbit empat kali dalam satu tahun di bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember. Journal of Islamic Business Law diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (Mu'amalah) Fakultas Syariah UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
