Fakta kemanusiaan tokoh Jim dalam novel “Harga sebuah percaya” karya Tere Liye berdasarkan perspektif Lucius Goldmann
Abstract
This research was conducted to describe the human facts contained in the novel "The Price of Belief" by Tere Liye based on the perspective of Lucius Goldmann. The purpose of this research is: 1. To find out the individual facts about the character Jim, 2. The social facts experienced by the character Jim. This research method is descriptive qualitative, the data source comes from a novel, the data collection technique uses reading techniques and note-taking techniques, and the data analysis technique is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are: 1. There are individual facts in the form of the personality and character of the character Jim, 2. There are social facts in the form of friendship relationships and social values in society. This finding fulfills the theory of human facts based on Lucius Goldmann.
