Penerapan konsep eco home pada ruang terbuka hijau: studi kasus taman UIN Malang
Abstract
Eco Home is one of the sustainable architectural design approaches with minimal ecological footprint but great impact on the environment and people. This case study in UIN Malang Campus integrates responsive architecture, architectural syntax, architecture discipline(as a type), pattern-force-concept based, domain to domain, and divergent-convergent methods. The design results respond to climate, support social interaction, utilize local materials, and create functional and aesthetic green spaces. This approach proves to be effective in creating ecological spaces, efficient, and adaptive to today's needs. This design not only addresses ecological challenges such as flooding, erosion, and pollution, but also contributes to improving the quality of life by creating comfortable, aesthetically pleasing spaces that support social interaction. Overall, this approach demonstrates that the integration of desirable principles can have a significant positive impact on modern architectural design practice.
