Peran pelatihan public speaking untuk meningkatkan pelayanan karyawan bank
Abstract
This research examines the effect of training provided to improve bank employee services. One of the training that helps in banking performance and service is public speaking training. In this study, we find out how important public speaking training is to improving employee service. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data taken in the last 10 years. The results of this study show that there is a positive influence of public speaking training on bank employee services. Communication skills are one of the success factors for a message to be conveyed well. In addition, there are other factors that influence public speaking to be effective. With a combination of good service and communication, the message conveyed is more easily accepted and increases the bond of customer trust. Employee skills in overcoming problems and understanding the recipient of the message will influence customer decisions and result in satisfaction of banking service users.
