Peran strategi manajemen dalam memfasilitasi transformasi digital umkm melalui keuangan syaria
Abstract
Digital transformation has become an urgent need for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in today's digital era. This process not only changes the way MSMEs operate, but also provides opportunities to improve efficiency and expand market reach. Amidst the challenges faced, Islamic finance is emerging as a promising solution to support the growth of MSMEs. With principles that focus on fairness and sustainability, Islamic finance offers innovative financing products that comply with sharia principles, such as murabaha and musyarakah. This article discusses the complex relationship between management strategy, digital transformation, and Islamic finance. An effective management strategy is needed to steer this transformation process in a sustainable manner. Through understanding the benefits of these two aspects, it is expected that MSME players can be more motivated to carry out the necessary digital transformation. Thus, the integration between digital transformation and Islamic finance has the potential to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs in the global market, while creating a more sustainable and ethical business strategy.
