Indonesia's national identity is reflected in its national symbols, including Pancasila, which serves as the main foundation for national life. Pancasila not only functions as the state ideology but also as an identity that unites Indonesia's diversity. However, challenges such as globalization, technological developments, and the influx of foreign cultures pose a threat to the continuity of cultural values and national identity. This article aims to highlight the importance of Indonesia's national identity, as represented through Pancasila, in maintaining the nation's integrity amidst the influence of the identity crisis. By exploring the role of Pancasila as both the state ideology and national identity, this article seeks to raise public awareness of the threats that could erode Indonesia's indigenous cultural values. Through a deeper understanding, it is hoped that society will uphold Pancasila as the foundation for national life.
