In this journal, we will see that the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has driven the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, including sharia-based platforms to meet the needs of the Muslim community. Sharia e-commerce offers easy transactions without face-to-face contact, but also has the potential to cause disputes due to incompatibility of goods, breach of contract, and errors in fulfilling rights and obligations. This research aims to analyze the role of sharia economic law in resolving sharia-based e-commerce disputes. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research examines related literature and finds that sharia principles, such as justice, transparency, and the prohibition of usury and gharar, are an important basis for resolving disputes. Sharia e-commerce must comply with certain conditions, such as clarity of product specifications and delivery times, to avoid conflicts. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight into the application of sharia law in a digital context and its contribution to the development of more trusted sharia-based e-commerce in Indonesia.
