This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the implementation of entrepreneurial leadership within the context of Islamic education. The discussion is framed by the dynamics of global change—which demand adaptation and innovation in the education sector—and the fundamental role of Islamic education in shaping the holistic individual. The study aims to analyze the concept of entrepreneurial leadership, identify relevant principles and objectives of Islamic education, explore the integration of the two, and analyze recent case studies of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The methodology employed is an in-depth literature review of academic journals and case studies, focusing on the Annuqayah Latee Islamic Boarding School (*Pondok Pesantren*) as an empirical example. The findings indicate that entrepreneurial leadership—characterized by vision, innovation, risk-taking, and a focus on human resource development—can be effectively integrated into Islamic education. This integration not only produces individuals who are economically independent and possess noble character but also contributes to the financial sustainability of the educational institutions themselves and to community empowerment. Challenges such as resource limitations and market competition are addressed through innovative strategies, including gradual development, a focus on niche markets, mentoring programs, and the utilization of digital technology. The study concludes that entrepreneurial leadership serves as a catalyst for cultural and institutional transformation within Islamic education, resulting in a unique and effective value-based learning model.
