Studi observasi kepribadian dan kebudayaan
Menyingkap kekhasan kepribadian individu-individu berdasarkan keberagaman suku mahasiswa baru di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang
Abstract
This study aims to analyze and reveal the personality and culture of new students. The methods used are observational studies and interviews. This journal explains the corelation between culture and the formation of individual character and compares the characteristics of individuals from different cultural groups. It then describes how culture shapes a person's mindset and behavior, and provides concrete examples of the influence of cultural background on individual characteristics in freshmen. The journal also includes the importance of understanding and appreciating individual differences as strengths, as well as steps to increase harmony and mutual understanding.
