Azhar Chronicles: Desain Gameplay Berbasis Eksplorasi dan Strategi dalam Dunia Labirin
Abstract
Permainan berbasis labirin telah menjadi salah satu genre game yang menarik perhatian karena kemampuannya menggabungkan eksplorasi dan strategi untuk menciptakan pengalaman bermain yang menantang. Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan The Azhar Chronicles, sebuah game bertema labirin yang dirancang menggunakan Unity, dengan fokus pada mekanika permainan, desain algoritmik, dan keterlibatan pemain. Game ini memanfaatkan algoritma seperti recursive backtracking dan A untuk menghasilkan labirin unik dan dinamis, serta mengintegrasikan elemen strategi yang memungkinkan pemain mengambil keputusan kritis. Selain sebagai hiburan, permainan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif seperti kesadaran spasial, pemecahan masalah, dan pengambilan keputusan. Dengan memadukan eksplorasi dan strategi, The Azhar Chronicles menawarkan nilai edukatif dan hiburan, menjadikannya relevan dalam konteks pendidikan dan penelitian. Studi ini memberikan wawasan tentang potensi game berbasis labirin sebagai media untuk pembelajaran dan pengembangan kognitif di era digital.
