Analisis strategi bisnis bank syariah dalam menghadapi persaingan industri keuangan modern
Abstract
The development of digital technology is driving innovation in Islamic banking to compete with conventional banks and fintech. This study analyzes business strategies through a literature review. Key strategies include developing digital services, digital marketing, and collaborating with fintech to expand financial inclusion. Strengthening security and Sharia compliance are key to maintaining customer trust and increasing competitiveness. Strengthening security and Sharia compliance are key to maintaining customer trust and enhancing competitiveness. The study found that integrating these strategies has proven effective in increasing market share, customer loyalty, and operational efficiency in Islamic banking. It concluded that the sustainability and competitiveness of Islamic banking in the digital era depend heavily on the ability to continuously innovate, while maintaining adherence to the Sharia principles that serve as its primary foundation.
