Penerapan akad wakalah, mudharabah, dan musyarakah sebagai solusi pembiayaan syariah modern

Islamic banking utilizes traditional contracts such as wakalah, mudharabah, and musharakah to offer lending systems that align with the principles of justice and the prohibition of usury in Islam. The wakalah agreement acts as a delegation of capabilities between the customer and the financial institution to increase efficiency in fund management. Mudharabah serves as a profit-sharing instrument connecting capital owners with business managers, fostering the growth of productive sectors, particularly small and micro-enterprises. Meanwhile, musharakah establishes capital cooperation based on partnership, with a balanced sharing of risks and profits. These three contracts have the potential to increase the variety of financial products, enhance compliance with sharia principles, and strengthen public trust in the Islamic financial system. However, in their implementation, obstacles remain, such as asymmetry of information, moral hazard, and weak sharia audits. To maximize profits, good management, strong regulatory support, and the use of sharia financial technology for oversight and transparency are required. With proper management, the combination of wakalah, mudharabah, and musyarakah contracts can become a modern financing solution that is fair, inclusive, and sustainable, and strengthens the competitiveness of Islamic banking both nationally and internationally.
