Peran Praktik Spiritual (Membaca Al-Qur'an) dan Psikologi Positif (Syukur dan Pemaafan) dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Mental: Sebuah Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis.
Abstract
Comprehensive and all-encompassing remedies are required due to the rising prevalence of mental health issues (such as stress, anxiety, and depression) in modern society. The purpose of this systematic literature review is to examine how spiritual-religious activities and positive psychology elements contribute to enhancing mental health and psychological well-being. The studied publications consistently demonstrate a substantial relationship between increased good mental health outcomes and a decrease in negative mental disorders, as well as religiosity/spirituality (including the regular practice of reading The Qur'an). Additionally, it has been demonstrated that positive psychology ideas like forgiveness and thankfulness serve as important protective factors and predictors that boost resilience. In order to achieve individual mental stability and well-being in a variety of circumstances, including student and employee populations, our findings confirm the critical importance of combining spiritual and psychological elements as an effective preventive and therapeutic approach.
