A SWOT analysis is an important instrument in educational management that serves to map the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of an institution. This research focuses on the internal and external conditions of TPQ Asy-Syauqi Tahfidz Center (ATC), an Islamic educational institution that prioritizes Qur'an learning. The results show that ATC has several advantages, including strong community support, credible mentor figures, a tahfidz program based on the Ummi method with official standards, and relatively affordable tuition fees. However, there are several weaknesses that still need to be addressed, such as limited infrastructure, an immature administrative system, and the lack of use of digital technology in the learning process. In terms of opportunities, the increasing public interest in Qur'an education and the substantial support of students' guardians are important capital for the institution's development. However, challenges remain, particularly related to the need to expand learning spaces and the demands of the digital era that require technology based learning innovation. Through this analysis, it is hoped that TPQ ATC will be able to formulate a more professional, sustainable, and community-oriented development strategy in order to strengthen the institution's role as a producer of Qur'anic generations.
