Abstract

Pancasila education plays a crucial role in shaping the character of the younger generation amidst the rapid flow of globalization and technological advancement. This study aims to analyze the role of Pancasila education in shaping the character of the younger generation and examine the application of its values ​​in daily life. The method used is a literature study with reference to various relevant scientific sources. The results of the study indicate that Pancasila education is effective in instilling moral values, ethics, nationalism, and democratic attitudes as the basis for personality development. The application of these values ​​is carried out through the school, family, and community environments. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, such as the negative influence of social media, a lack of role models, and a declining awareness of national values. Therefore, good cooperation between various parties is needed to optimize the role of Pancasila education so that it remains relevant and is able to shape a young generation with strong character, integrity, and is ready to face the changing times.
