Urgensi penerapan pembiasaan religius di sekolah dasar sebagai penunjang pendidikan karakter

The curriculum is an educational system that must evolve dynamically in line with the demands of the times to remain relevant. Curriculum development today has been integrated with technology as part of educational innovation, yet the process is not without various obstacles encountered in the field. Therefore, the curriculum development team must be highly capable of addressing the various challenges in its implementation in order to improve the quality of national education. Educational innovation is carried out to create significant changes in the orientation of education to shape students who are active, skilled, creative, collaborative, and possess critical thinking skills. This learning process must, of course, meet the National Education Standards (SNP) to ensure the quality of outstanding graduates. This article specifically discusses the urgency of implementing religious practices in elementary schools as the main foundation in supporting character education in the era of globalization.
