The phenomenon of bullying in elementary schools has become a crucial obstacle that negatively impacts students' growth and development. This intimidation manifests in the form of physical, verbal, social, and psychological violence, carried out intentionally and repeatedly by parties who feel stronger against vulnerable students. This study aims to dissect the dynamics of bullying problems in early childhood and formulate management strategies through the synergy of teachers, parents, and school management. Through a literature review method examining various relevant scientific journals and books, the study reveals that the primary triggers of bullying stem from Lack of parental supervision, Fragile moral instillation, Peer group influences, Digital media exposure, and Weak institutional control within schools. The negative impacts of these actions do not merely damage the victims' mental health such as triggering anxiety and degrading self-confidence but also decrease academic achievement and ruin social relationships. Therefore, character reconstruction, the enforcement of strict school regulations, cross-sector collaboration, and counseling for both perpetrators and victims serve as the main pillars in establishing a safe, inclusive, and supportive school atmosphere.
