Abstract

Digital transformation has changed the way libraries provide services in modern times. Libraries now offer not only printed collections but also technology-based services such as online catalogs, e-books, digital libraries, and internet-based information access. This study aims to examine the effect of digital transformation in library services on users’ interest in visiting the library. The research uses a quantitative approach, and the data were collected through questionnaires distributed to library users. The collected data were analyzed using statistical methods to identify the relationship between digital transformation and users’ visiting interest. The findings show that digital transformation has a positive influence on users’ interest in using library services. Easy access to information, faster services, and the availability of digital facilities are important factors that encourage users to visit and utilize the library. In addition, digital transformation helps libraries adapt to technological developments and the changing needs of society. This study is expected to provide useful insights for library managers in improving digital-based services in order to attract more users and support the growth of literacy in the community.
