Mengurai paradoks produktivitas dan burnout dini pada generasi Z

The excessive productivity culture in the current digital era has created immense psychological pressure for Generation Z. Narratives regarding the necessity of achieving success at a young age spread massively through social media triggering destructive ambitions toward mental health. This article aims to analyze in depth the phenomenon of the productivity paradox and its connection to symptoms of early mental exhaustion or burnout. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach to dissect behavior patterns and sociological dynamics of modern society amidst the onslaught of digital information. The discussion results indicate that the constant effort to appear excessively productive actually leads to a decline in work quality and serious emotional stability disorders. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of redefining the meaning of productivity to remain aligned with the principles of psychological well-being and individual mental sanity.
