Abstract
Education plays a key role in shaping quality human resources. Its success depends not only on the learning process but also on an environment that supports student development. This article examines the role of quality education and the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital innovation in education. The method used is a literature review of relevant sources. Findings show that quality education improves academic ability, critical thinking, and readiness to face global challenges. AI supports more effective, personalized learning and helps monitor student progress. Digital innovation also contributes positively to education quality and human resource productivity. Therefore, the application of technology and innovation in the educational environment must continue to be developed to create quality education relevant to the 21st century.
