Islamic education is a developmental process aimed at fostering learners to possess faith, piety, and noble character. The success of this process largely depends on the selection of appropriate educational methods that are aligned with the learning objectives, instructional materials, and learners' characteristics. This study aims to explain the concepts of method, Islamic education, the learning process, Islamic educational methods, and the various types of Islamic educational methods along with their advantages and disadvantages. This research employs a qualitative approach using the library research method by collecting data from books, scientific journals, and other relevant literature. The data were analyzed descriptively through the processes of identification, classification, and interpretation of various concepts related to Islamic educational methods. The findings indicate that Islamic educational methods are strategies or approaches used by educators to deliver learning materials while instilling the values of faith, worship, and noble character in learners. The methods that can be applied include lectures, question-and-answer, discussions, recitation (assignments), demonstrations, experiments, amtsal (parable), targhib and tarhib (encouragement and warning), group work, and tikror (repetition). The appropriate implementation of these methods facilitates the effective achievement of the objectives of Islamic education and is expected to produce learners who are not only knowledgeable but also possess strong faith and commendable moral character.
