This study discusses the impact of corruption in the education sector on the fulfillment of the learning rights of young generations in Indonesia by highlighting the alleged Chromebook procurement case within the education digitalization program. Education, as a fundamental right of every citizen, should be supported through transparent, accountable, and student-oriented policies. However, various irregularities in the management of educational funds may hinder equal access to education and reduce the quality of educational services received by society. The consequences are not limited to financial losses for the state but also include unequal educational facilities, declining public trust in educational institutions, and the weakening of honesty and integrity in social life. Furthermore, the development of technology and educational digitalization must be accompanied by adequate infrastructure, effective supervision, and equal distribution of facilities so that its benefits can be enjoyed by all students. Therefore, strengthening character education, anti-corruption education, transparency, and public oversight are important steps in protecting students’ learning rights and creating a more equitable, high-quality, and integrity-based education system.
