Abstract

The organization is a place for every individual and group to be able to work together in achieving something that is desired in a structured and well-organized manner. Organizations are formed because several people have the same goal and learn a theory of cooperation, this is called organizational theory. Modern organizational theory has developed until now and is implemented in a leader with a transformational leadership model. Madrasa transformational leadership is the activity of influencing or controlling others to commit to organizational goals by optimally transforming existing resources. In madrasa transformational leadership, a madrasa head must be able to create a clear, directed and well-structured vision, so that the desired goals are achieved to the maximum. The purpose of this article is to find out how the implementation of modern organizational theory in madrasa transformational leadership uses the literature study research method by reading, taking notes, and reviewing literature, notes, journals, reports, and books that are relevant to the topic to be researched. Furthermore, it was found that the implementation of modern organizational theory in madrasa transformational leadership lies in an open system.
