Abstract

Corruption has been a disease for a long time in Indonesia. Corruption itself is a crime committed by officials or the government by stealing money that should not belong to them. Corruption is usually carried out because  the  perpetrators  feel  less  than  what  they  get  from  a  predetermined salary  or  income.  The corruption case of Rafael Alun Trisambodo is currently under scrutiny because his son Mario's case was abused and allegedly showing off his parents' assets, a Jeep Rubicon car and a Harley Davidson motorcycle. This case is also in the theory of Ibn Taimiyah and the theory of Eastern Sociology Emile Durkheim. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive with a literature or literature study approach.
