Analisis perbandingan rencana strategi pada bank swasta konvensional di Indonesia
Abstract
This research aims to determine conventional private banking strategies in facing increasingly competitive and complex competitive conditions. Researchers will discuss the comparison of strategic plans at three types of conventional banks, namely PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, PT Bank Bumi Arta, and PT Bank Mega. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The type of data in this research is secondary data collected from the governance reports of each bank. The results of this research show that bank strategic planning influences companies in taking into account potential, opportunities and constraints. Strategic planning from HSBC bank, Bank Bumi Arta and Bank Mega has demonstrated superior financial performance in their company operations by implementing service digitalization technology. HSBC bank has a Data On Shoring policy to maintain Data Centers in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Bank Bumi Arha has a Non-Performing Loan (NPL) policy to monitor debtor credit use and debtor business development. And Bank Mega has an Anti-Fraud policy and a Whistleblowing system to strengthen the internal control system and maintain customer trust and uncover fraud.
