Kebutuhan masyarakat dan peran pemerintah
Abstract
The Golden Indonesia 2045, which marks the centenary of Indonesia's independence, targets inclusive, sustainable and globally competitive national development. Higher education plays a crucial role in achieving this goal by providing qualified and innovative human resources. This article identifies the needs of Indonesian society in the context of higher education, including wider and more equitable access, industry-relevant curricula, and improved teaching and research quality. In addition, the importance of synergy between educational institutions is discussed. The role of the government is vital in supporting higher education towards a Golden Indonesia 2045. Through a holistic approach involving various stakeholders, higher education can be the main driving force in achieving the Golden Indonesia 2045. This article concludes that with a strong commitment from the government and active participation from the community, the vision of a Golden Indonesia 2045 can be realised effectively and sustainably.
