Konflik dalam diri individu terhadap kinerja organisasi di madrasah
Abstract
Conflict is the discrepancy between what a person desires for themselves, others, or the organization, and the reality of what is expected, which can lead to problems. Broadly, there are two types of work or organizational conflicts: substantive conflicts, which are issues between individuals and groups, and emotional conflicts, which occur within the individual. Both types of conflict can affect the performance of an organization. Performance is the ability to carry out or fulfill the responsibilities entrusted by the organization well to achieve the agreed-upon goals. Therefore, if a conflict arises, especially an internal conflict within an individual, it will significantly impact the organization's functioning. For this reason, a leader must be able to help resolve existing conflicts so that the organization can operate effectively. The method used in this study is a literature review with a qualitative approach.
