Abstract

A house is a building that is used for residence, usually this building has a shape that suits the wishes of its occupants. An Islamic house is not only a building that has many ornaments that resemble a mosque, but can also provide a sense of comfort for its occupants. A comfortable house meets the standards set for buildings such as the use of materials, types of materials, natural ventilation, building ventilation and lighting, usually in the form of The type of window used, the size of the window, the location of the window greatly influence the entry of air circulation and sunlight into the building. The lack of air or light entering the building makes the building damp which can affect the health of the occupants. Therefore, the use of ventilation and natural lighting is very important for a building. When this is achieved, the occupants feel comfortable living in it.
