Abstract

The use of technology and databases in the learning process is now increasingly popular among educators. Technological advances require teachers to adapt, learn and master technological devices to support the learning process. It is hoped that digital technology can be used to improve the quality of learning. The aim of using digital technology is to increase student learning motivation. One technological innovation that makes learning easier, makes it more interactive and interesting, and helps teachers in assessing students is the use of the Kahoot platform. This research aims to identify the implementation of the Kahoot application in increasing student learning motivation. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a literature study and field research approach, with the research subject being NU Bululawang Middle School. The research results show that the application of the Kahoot application as a learning medium at NU Bululawang Middle School significantly increases students' interest and motivation in learning and helps them achieve the expected learning performance.
