Urgensi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pengoptimalan pendidikan karakter
Abstract
This article discusses the importance of Islamic Education in optimizing character education and the outputo f character education itself. The methodology used in preparing this article is through library research. Thes ources used as references for this article are journals and books, which contain elements of definition,c haracteristics, functions, objectives and contributions regarding Islamic education in optimizing character education. One way of optimizing Islamic religious education in optimizing character education is bye mphasizing the role of religion in various outputs from character education. Thus, there will be aninterrelated relationship between the importance of the role of religion in the successful application of character education in everyday life.
