Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the importance of leadership in business management to achieve success. Because with good business management, all operations can be run successfully, so that in the end success can be achieved. The aspects of business management are easy to explain, but in practice it requires strong determination to be successful. This research method, known as literature review or library study, is the result of analyzing theories that are relevant to the problem being studied. The results of this study show that leadership is very important for success in business management.
