Abstract

In college activities, students often experience pressure and stress which can affect their physical and mental health. Consuming balanced vitamins and minerals is very important to maintain health, especially for students who are active and have high levels of physical activity. This article discusses tips for maintaining health between lectures by increasing consumption of vitamins and minerals. By understanding the importance of vitamins and minerals, students can increase body resistance and avoid dangerous diseases. This article also discusses the role of vitamins and minerals as antioxidants which strengthen the immune system and help the metabolic process of nutrients. By following the tips provided, students can maintain optimal health and improve their quality of life. By understanding the role of vitamins and minerals as antioxidants, students can increase body resistance and avoid dangerous diseases.
